BizWebGo.com provides AI-powered website building services including:

• Website design and development
• AI content generation
• Hosting and maintenance services

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon ordering. We accept major credit cards through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. The 15% second-year service fee applies to continued hosting and maintenance.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 48 hours from receipt of complete requirements. Complex projects with custom features may require additional time. We will communicate expected timelines during the consultation process.

Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, you own all website content, source code, and design elements created for your project. We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

BizWebGo.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website.
